Dividing the properties in Mirhamam of Kurk, between Sulayman Khan Sarhang [the colonel] and Bibi Hayat, daughter of Mirza ‘Abd al-Latif Shaykh al-Islam. Part of these property had been sold to Sulayman Khan by Haj Mirza Ibrahim, Haj Sayyid Yusuf, and Aqa Sayyid Ja‘far, and parts of it was transferred from Sulayman Khan to Bibi Hayat as her mahr.

Settlement between Haji ‘Ali Asghar and Sakinah Baygum Khanum, 1874
Settlement, dated June 8, 1874, between Haji ‘Ali Asghar, son of Muhammad from Khuzan, and Sakinah Baygum Khanum, daughter of Mirza Haji Sayyid ‘Ali and wife of Akhund Mulla Abu al-Qasim, over one-twelfth of a house and a garden in Shams Abad of Khuzan. Another twelfth of this property belongs to Sakinah Khanum according to her marriage contract. Umm Kulsum Khanum, mother of Akhund Mulla Abu al-Qasim, owns one-twelfth of this property as well. On the verso, dated June 9, 1874: another settlement has determined the shares of Sakinah Baygum Khanum and Umm Kulsum Khanum.

Marriage contract of Shirin Jan, daughter of Mirza the tailor, and Ghulam‘ali, ghulam [servant/slave] of Haji ‘Abd Allah (son of Haji Kalb‘ali), dated July 23, 1858. The mahr is eight tumans plus one-sixth of a house in the Shams Abad neighborhood of Khuzan. A note declares that Haji ‘Abd Allah transferred the ownership of one-sixth of the house to Ghulam‘ali. Marriage and divorce contracts of Baygum Khanum, daughter of the late Aqa Taqi, and Murad ‘Ali, son of the late Kazim. The mahr includes one tuman and five thousand dinars, one-and-a-half misqals of golden jewelery, copperware, European chintz clothes, a set of bedding made in Qumshah, kilim and a felt rug, and one-sixth of the groom's residential building located in the Ustad Qasim the Carpenter neighborhood of Asfarjan village. Land settlements, 1846 to 1858
Haji Badi‘, son of ‘Ali Muhammad, had assigned Aqa Hasan as the executor of his will. He asked Aqa Hasan to sell a piece of property that he had purchased to pay back his debts and to use the rest for other expenses, such as hiring people to pray and fast on his behalf. On March 20, 1846, after Haji Badi‘'s death, Aqa Hasan sold this property to Haji Mirza Muhammad Husayn, the guardian of the deceased's underage children, for forty tumans and five thousand dinars.
